October

We get together once a week with our best friends once a week at a different park.  We ventured to Fort Collins this year to our favorite park Twin Silos Park.

School picture day!

Autumn on the day of her soccer pictures.  Her coaches this year were Collen Rodgers and Andy Rose.  Autumn has a lot of stamina and great ball handling skills.
We had quite a few windy games, but at least there wasn't any snow.
The primary dropped off fun coloring sheets for General Conference.  Peep Olive climbing.
Violet lost another tooth.  She was more apprehensive this time for mom to pull out her tooth, but was excited for the tooth fairy to come.  Who didn't show up! Violet drew a picture and wrote a note for the tooth fairy before school.  The Tooth Fairy arrived the next day with a note telling Violet she needed to have her room clean for a visit.

Lark accidently threw a stack of magnets through our glass patio door. Mom quickly put up a sheet and then some card board.

Even though we are still having church at home Olive insists on wearing her church day every Sunday.
As part of our Fall bucket list I made the kids a pirate themed "escape room".  It took a few weeks for mom to put it together and the kids executed it perfectly.

Olive watched TV while the big kids did the puzzles, but she still ended up with a prize.

Evan is so competitive he had to look up the official rules of Candy Land one day.
The hole in the glass is growing!
Violet and Olive getting fancy.

Autumn loves to play with Violet's makeup.  One Sunday the makeup kit got taken away because the kids painted their whole faces.
Lark was upset with me one day for not letting her do something and decided to "trap" me in the kitchen.
Grandma and Grandpa Norby gave the twins a late birthday present.  Maverick loves to build Lego.
The kids loves to wrestle with dad.
One day while I was switching the laundry Lark climbed on the counter to wear I "hide" the scissors to open a Amazon package.  She also decided to snip her hair and Olive's hair.

We started watching "Dancing with the Stars" this year.  Mostly as a way to get Violet through the school week.  Olive loves to day with dad during the numbers.
We had a wind storm which blew most of the leaves off in one day.  So we only had to rake the leaves once, but jumped in them over and over.

Lark's favorite activity is painting, finger painting or water color.
snow...Just a tiny bit, but the girls still wanted to play.

12 inches of snow!!! It snowed over the weekend so no cancelled school.

10/27: Autumn has asked to get her ears pierced for about a year.  She had to wait for soccer to end, but it finally happened.

Mushy frozen pumpkins means we painted them we they had a 1/2 day of school.

Maverick loves to build.
The little kids played at Grandma's when I took the big kids Parent/Teacher conferences.
