So it begins Maverick's love with electronics. The green box is the second attempt at a contraption to block Maverick from "daddy's toys".
And so it begins the long waits at events for our children. Autumn started taking gymnastics classes in January. Saturday they got to showcase their skills, but boy was it LONG.

Not sure what's up with Autumn's "smile" lately.
A couple girls that are in Autumn's class.
And so begins "mean girls". Don't get me wrong both these girls are sweet hearts, but far too often I notice Autumn getting left out of social situations and I am at a loss of what to do about it.
And so begins the attitude. Autumn got ice cream after her gymnastics show and apparently didn't want to get her picture taken.
And So it begins our 8th year of marriage. Evan took me to the nicest place in town for dinner and it did not disappoint. He even had to call ahead and make a reservation.

ReplyDeleteAdvice from a professional mom: If Autumn doesn't notice/isn't bothered by getting left out, then it doesn't matter. The reason you don't want her to be left out is because you don't want her to be sad, but if she isn't sad, then it doesn't matter. I have to remind myself of that a lot.
