Easter

We had the missionaries over for dinner the night before Easter so we invited some other friends over as well and decorated eggs.

Easter morning the kids searched for their hidden baskets.

Olive was taking a nap, during our chilly plastic egg hunt.  Maverick and Violet were excited about the swim suits they go in their Easter baskets.

Dad always makes them wait until her really ready before they can look for their baskets.

Olive loves food, and was a fan of the hard boiled eggs.

I color coded the eggs this year and I think it prevented lots of tears.

Easter best. As you can tell (especially Maverick) they wore the same outfits as last year.  The girls have so many dresses I didn't want to buy anymore.  I thought they'd be really disappointed, but they handled it well.

This is what life is really like with five kids.

More hunting

Lark #3 Paw Patrol

Lark turned 3!
I bought her a Paw Patrol balloon, because the kids are always pointing out and admiring the balloons at the grocery store.
Lark sitting in her birth place.
I attempted to make green and orange jello in honor for Lark's favorite Paw Patrols, but it just turned out kinda brown. We had hot DOGS for dinner (get it?)
Grandma Pattie and grandpa Brian bought Lark a new season of Paw Patrol!
The cake was suppose to look like a number 3

We shot down "Fire" in the bathtub like Marshall the Paw Patrol character.  Autumn was at soccer practice that night and came home for presents and cake and then was off again to Achievement night so she missed our game.

A Skye bubble maker and clothes from Grandma Linda and Grandpa David.
We surprised the kids with a sneak peak for their birthdays...
We're taking them to Disneyland later in the year, so they all got hats/ears.

Lark got a big Skye Copter that Maverick was really excited to play with too.

Lark is full of life and spunk, we joke that she rarely gets in trouble because she is so funny.  She loves to color, draw, Paw Patrol, and has a slightly unhealthy obsession with her best friend Dixie.  She is loyal, kind, and mature beyond her years.
