Science Museum

My best friend, Kristi, was visiting her husband's family for Thanksgiving in the east valley so we met up for lunch at my Mom's favorite place, Cafe Rio. When my mom would visit me in college she would always take to me Cafe Rio so I was returning the favor, since they aren't any Cafe Rios where they live.
After lunch we went to the Arizona Science Museum. The culture passes from the library are awesome-four adults for free!Evan in the "Earth" exhibit. There was a cool display about weather, where they stimulated natural elements, hurricane, volcano, earthquake, ect.

Evan examining his eyeball with the camera, which is suppose to be used to look at the rocks on display. My diamond ring looked pretty cool under the magnifying camera as well.

The "machines" exhibit. Look how strong my husband is, pulling himself up on the "hardest" pulley.
Bed of nails

Wheelchair races. So much fun, but very difficult and made my hands sore.
My dad and Evan playing with the magnetic blocks. My dad and husband are two peas in a pod, they are so much alike.
Driving the robotic remote control car.
Outside the Arizona Science Center. We definitely could have spent more time there, but I guess they have to close sometime.
Mom and dad with a real Arizona cactus!
Again the two little buddies working on the traditional "Thanksgiving Puzzle."
