#PrestonandHannah2015

The twiners and I took a road trip to Utah for my little sister's bridal shower.  The trick to traveling with kids is...don't make stops.  Just get there as fast as you can.  I stopped on the way there at an almost abandoned gas station.  then pulled up about 100 feet to the bathroom.  When I opened the door to put the kids in the stroller I found this...

The babes with their older cousin Henry.  (Maverick Left)

We went to the Payson temple open house
My brother Noah was a good sport and carried Violet the whole way...even through the hour + long wait to get into the temple.
Bridal shower time...Korey even matched the theme of the shower.

I didn't realize how much my grandma and her sister looked a like until that day!
2nd cousins
Sisters

The girls went shopping to find Hannah some wedding shoes.  And we found them within like 15 minutes...but we still took like 2 hours at the mall...how does that happen?
My sister thought we were a spectacle so she kept taking pictures...I just thought it was normal.

And so it begins

So it begins Maverick's love with electronics.  The green box is the second attempt at a contraption to block Maverick from "daddy's toys".
And so it begins the long waits at events for our children.  Autumn started taking gymnastics classes in January.  Saturday they got to showcase their skills, but boy was it LONG.
After she did her "Ta-Da" arms.
 The "vault"

 Everyone's got to eat
 The medal ceremony
Not sure what's up with Autumn's "smile" lately.
A couple girls that are in Autumn's class.
And so begins "mean girls".  Don't get me wrong both these girls are sweet hearts, but far too often I notice Autumn getting left out of social situations and I am at a loss of what to do about it.
And so begins the attitude.  Autumn got ice cream after her gymnastics show and apparently didn't want to get her picture taken.
And So it begins our 8th year of marriage.  Evan took me to the nicest place in town for dinner and it did not disappoint.  He even had to call ahead and make a reservation.

Vacation

Evan had vacation time that he used so we could visit family in Utah (opposed to staying at home and helping his wife with three kids, which is what his other vacations have been).
We visited Evan's aunt, cousins and grandma.  This empty 2 liter bottle was a hit.

Autumn and her second cousin, Pristine.
Bocce Ball
Autumn kept telling this second cousin, "No sweetie, this doll is going to wear this dress.  OK? Sweetie"

Great-Grandma

Evan said, "Smile Autumn"  this was her first reaction ^

Eating an ice cream bar at Great-Grandpa Norby's

I love seeing other people hold two babies...It is really fun to watch
We went on a date to where they filmed part of "Foot Loose"  and to ice cream where we had our first date.

Life at Grandma and Grandpa's...they are worse than teen-agers
We went to one of my brother's intramural softball games.  Autumn kept yelling, "run Noah RUN!" even when not applicable...of course.
Aunt Deb and Hannah after a celebratory graduation lunch.
apparently this is what it looks like when you are trying to get a baby to smile.

Grandma and her shadow
SUPER long graduation.  If they would have asked me I would have told them to do the masters and doctor degrees separate.
The supporters including Hannah's new finance.

We went to some weird garden thing after the graduation. Autumn REALLY wanted a picture with Violet.
