My poor van is a magnet for people to hit it in the parking lot. Luckily for me the third time it was hit in Gold's Gym parking lot someone with insurance let a note.
July 1, 2019
July 2: I took the kids down to Fort Collins to one of our favorite parks, Twin Silos. Lark and Dixie are best buddies.
7/3: Grandma Jeanne and Evan's aunt Karen came into town for a couple days.
7/9: Lark suffering through long periods of waiting during swim lessons.
7/9: Chick-fil-A cow appreciation day.
Olive is a great eater!
Autumn attended a week long craft camp at the local community college with her pal Addi. Addi and her mom joined us for some free chicken and balloon animals.
7/10: Sprinkler fun
7/11: Maverick was very disappointed I wouldn't let him bring his fake weapons with us to the library.
7/12: We went to a splash pad in Wellington as park of our weekly park hop with friends. Olive loves the water.
Autumn at her summer camp.
7/12: If I send one of the kids to their room as a punishment they often empty out all the dressers.
7/13: More swimming at Cole Pool. This summer at the pool was even more stressful with a one year old than it was last summer with a newborn. Maverick and Violet were more confident with their swimming than I was, which was also stressful.
7/13: Olive learned how to walk at the end of June, much to her siblings chagrin.
7/13: More swimming! I finally wised up and brought my play yard to the pool with me to keep Olive safer.
7/15: The big kids love to play dress up. Olive was cracking me up one day when she wore this mask around banging into walls for 15 minutes.
7/16: Autumn loves to mother Olive. She is a great big sister to her. Autumn will often comfort Olive when she's sad or hurt.
7/16: Autumn is noticeably shorter than her peers. She has made great strides in her swimming.
7/16: Violet playing at the library.
7/16: Maverick and Violet playing.
7/16: City Track Meet. The kids all ran one race, did a jumping event and a throwing event.
7/18: The city turned the ice rink into a roller rink for the summer. Lucky for us it was free to skate since the kids never last very long for these types of activities.
7/25: We went to Washington right after Olive's first birthday so I totally forgot to get her birthday pictures taken until she was 14 months.
7/29: We participated in the library summer reading program. One of the prizes is getting a treat from the library cafe. Its probably this kids favorite prizes.
