Christmas Eve

Autumn turned 8 on Christmas Eve. Our pal "Dominik the Donkey" helped put up a birthday sign for Autumn.

Autumn and the stocking the nurses put her in right after she was born.
My aunt made this adorable coin purse for Autumn.
Autumn begged for months to dye her hair. My friend had some left over temporary dye that we let Autumn use.  The pink shows up way more in these pictures than it did in person in her dark hair.

The kids not so patiently waiting for the rest of the gang to show up.

Cousin time again and they brought more presents for Autumn.

We attempted to play Pictionary after dinner.  It didn't work too well, and the babies were getting restless. Although the big kids really enjoyed it.

Lark helped me lick the bowl after frosting Autumn's cake.

We had cake and cookies this year since I found a yummy cake mix and frosting recipe.

After cake the family went back to Grandma and Grandpa's house.  We attempted to take a picture before we listened to Silent Night and gave all the kids melatonin for the special night before Santa arrived in the morning.
