Aunt Gail was in charge of night 3 so we played games. First off Boys vs. Girls Pictionary (yes the girl won...by a lot). Then the family honored tradition of "Thump Thump."

More Reunion
The weather was great (I could probably say it was perfect) in Oregon. We went to a park and played some sports and ate lunch.
Evan and his killer jump serve.
Then we went on some class I and class II white water rapids. As you can tell the age limit was four and up, so it was quite the wild ride. The best part was being able to pull the raft off to the side of the river and jump off some cliffs and rope swinging.
Then there was this giant duck outside the river rafting place.

Night 2
Night two was a pretty big deal! We had family photos, which was not as painful as past years. Probably because most of my cousins with kids didn't show up so it was mostly big kids. We got some shots with just the Robins too. Only my sister's husband couldn't make it. I love the shot of my dad bribing my nephew to sit still with a bag of Skittles. I think he kept that package in his pocket all week just in case.
My younger sister Hannah had been teaching swim lessons and working out all summer, so she made sure to take a picture next to me and my even more pregnant sister. Yes Hannah you have great abs...for now.
Then for the second annual "So you think you can dance" competition
My mom is in charge of this activity, so we always get the mix CD ahead of time and have a very thought out dance routine. Some call it cheating...I call it playin' it smart-plus we have Evan on our team who actually has rhythm you can't fake that! It doesn't really matter though because Grandma is the judge and everyone always wins!

Roberts Family Reunion-Day One
After our weekend in California we headed north to Grants Pass, Oregon to spend 5 days at my mom's family reunion. Each night one of my mom's siblings is in charge of an activity. This year each night seemed to be some sort of competition (which I LOVE) bring it one. The first night we played "Minute to Win It" games. We were broken up into different groups opposed to being in families and competing against each other, because some families had so few people due to family members not coming (lame). I did a soda drinking contest to try and balance the soda on it's lip. I did well but my cousin Gabe and brother Noah killed it! Evan did the zebra cake staking contest. My aunt decided to lie on the floor instead of stand up so she won that one. There was also a "bubble through the hoop" game, "off-brand Oreo in the mouth" game, "hit the empty soda cans off the table with a rubber band" game, and "pick up the small brown paper bags without using your hands" game.
Home Sweet Home
Evan and I spent a couple days in my home town of Tracy, California before heading to a family reunion in Oregon. I took Evan there once while we were dating so it has been a while since either one of us has been back there. It was fun to see the new high school they built and to see that my high school finally has a football stadium.
While we were there my girl friends threw me a little shower. Which was way fun. Here is my attempt at looking a little pregnant oppose to being fat!
Evan was invited too!
Lauren, me, Daphni, and the host Kristi
After the party we headed to the Larson's for a BBQ. Todd and Barbara were like family to me growing up. They attended plays and performances and I'd often see them in the crowd at my soccer games. The Smalley's were there too, but I didn't get a picture with them :( (notice how I look even bigger in this picture? That's because it was after dinner;) also notice Evan in the mirror taking the picture)
We stayed one night at my brother's in San Francisco. Here we are in front of the "Full House" houses, about a block and half from my brother's place. Evan didn't want to see any of the other sites he just wanted to have a pretend picnic in front of the houses!
Year of the Wedding Part II
After hanging out with grandma Evan and I headed up north to attend my best friend from high school's wedding.
Here we are together. She had a non-traditional Celebration of Love which mostly included a lot of participation from family and friends. I gave one of the 5 talks during the ceremony. It was fun to be apart of it although I only had 3 minutes so I talked super fast in an attempt to dispel all the marriage myths I could.
My BFFS from high school. The gang was all there.
I do this thing where I typically forget to take a picture of my friend WITH their new spouse (sorry Alan)...whoops so here is the bride giving a typical Charlotte pose-aren't her shoes so cute?
BFFs I loved her flowers. One of her friends did all the arrangements...very talented
5 1/2 down (Lauren is getting married in November) one more to go. Its fun to see all the changes in our lives since High School....A Hem notice my little belly starting to poke out!
