3 month birthday 3.24.12

Autumn is now officially 3 months old!!! She loves playing airplane with her dad. She giggles and babbels. She loves to eat. She is obsessed with her tongue. She can fit both hands in her mouth. She has started to be interested in "toys," like her pig "Pinko" and her hippo. She likes bathes, once dad figured out mom was making the water too cold and started warming up those bathes. She sleeps well at night. She is in size 3month clothes and size 1 diapers. And She still loathes the car.just chillin'check out that hair (baby mullet siting) grabbing her toy Hippo

St. Patrick's Day

For St. Patrick's Day we...took pictures of Autumn.

Evan had been sick basically since my family got into town for Autumn's blessing. Autumn and I stayed healthy for almost two weeks...then we got the nasty cold. St. Patrick's Day was probably the day we felt the worst. So we just hung out and adored our cute baby. Too bad I forgot to put her in her "baby's first St. Patrick's Day" bib. Oh well the sleeper and oneies I guess was good enough.

Quarter Century

Yes it is that time of year again, time to celebrate another year lived. Evan took the day off of work and watched Autumn while my mom, sister, and I went and got pedicures. Then we invited Evan's family over and we hung out by the pool.Autumn seemed pretty indifferent to the water, we'll see how she does this summer.Yes I know. SOoooooooo cute right?Then for dinner we checked off another one of my Arizona Leap List tasks...Go to Organ Stop Pizza. The food was nothing to blog about, but the entertainment was great. You can make requests for the organist to play. My niece and nephew were so excited to here their requests of "76 Trombones" and the Star Wars theme song played and tears were shed when Phineas and Ferb were not played.On to the real excitement...the party!I've been getting old lady presents for awhile now, but this one is really fun! Its a laminator! I already laminated my favorite recipe so that I can just wipe it clean when I get it all sticky!

Autumn's favorite game as of late

Autumn loves her daddy. No question about it. Evan loves to make up songs for Autumn, read her stories, and play games with her. Right now they both love playing "airplane".

Autumn's baby blessing 3.11.12

March 11, 2012 Evan blessed Autumn at church. Everything was pretty much perfect. Autumn woke up at a good time so I could feed her before church and still get ready-I was having a really good hair day despite the below picture-we got to church early and Autumn fell asleep. Autumn did wake up during the blessing and basically cried the whole time. It was a good thing I was sitting close enough so I could still hear what was said. We had lots of family in town and some of our friends from Glendale came over to participate in the blessing. After church we had lunch with the crew. It was perfect and my mom did most of the work! It was a fun afternoon with friends and family.

It was our nieces birthday so her mom brought 3 desserts to celebrate the occasion. I'm going to miss all the family events when we move away :(

Spring Training

On my before we move away from Arizona "leap list" was go to a spring training baseball game. We took advantage of that while my family was in town. My brother Dustin and his wife Jess are huge San Francisco Giants so they gave this cute outfit to Autumn.

The weather was perfect nice and warm, but not too hot.

Spring Break

I'm not in school and Evan doesn't get a spring break, but this last week has really felt like it should have been spring break. We blessed Autumn in church Sunday March 11th so our family came in town to celebrate. We were only missing my sister Heather and her family.
